If you are unable to find someone in Sirsi, please get a supervisor. We had a situation where a terminated faculty member wanted to check out books and their name was not in Sirsi, but they still had their faculty ID card, so we trusted that they were being honest. It seems as if they weren't.
Don't argue with them, just get me, Peggy or Jennifer, and we will deal with it.
