1. There should only be one student worker at the desk at a time. If you happen to be walking through and notice that the worker at the desk is busy... absolutely help them through the rush!
2. No cell phone use or texting at work.
3. If you have a visitor stop by to chat, please tell them that you are at work and that you will talk to them at break or after work.
4. All food and drinks should be kept behind the wall. No food or drink should be visible to the patron.
5. Make sure that you are initialling and writing the account number on all of the receipts. Double check the account numbers.
