1. Remember... if the receipt paper is turning pink/red, please replace it.
2. Give every patron their receipt. Do not ask if they want one or not. Give it to them!
3. This time of year we have a lot of people paying fines over $5. If someone pays a fine over $5, fill out an unblock slip. They will not be able to register or get grades if their account is not unblocked. Please don't forget.
4. We will have people come and say that they thought we were closed during spring break. We were open-- just ask Melinda, JC, Bethany, and Mayra. They all worked last week. Sorry we will not waive fees for spring break week. We were open and they could have called to renew or renewed online.
5. Thursday and Friday of this week we will be having a fine amnesty day! Yay! To receive fine amnesty they will have to donate canned/boxed goods. Each item will earn them $1 to take off of their overdue fines -- only fines that they have right now and only for overdue items. They cannot pay for a fax with canned goods.
