If you have an issue about an activity permit at night or when a supervisor is unavailable, please remember to pull the binder with all of the approved activity permits. We write on the permits what days the room/table is booked to help clarify any questions that students might have about their reservation. This is especially important if they indicate their meetings are on alternating weeks. It's not uncommon for the student to get confused about which week they actually have the room reserved.
