New Updates!

We have a few new updates that we would like everyone to be informed on.

 

• There will now be a limit on patrons reserving rooms. They may now only reserve a month at a time and no more than 8 times per month. You do not need to search the room reservation system to verify. Take them at their word. Only worry about keeping track of a person "per booking" For example, if a student comes in and wants to go ahead and book a room 3 times a week for the entire month of November, this would already exceed the 8 times a month.

 

• Only cash, check, or Texan bucks will be acceptable payment forms for laminating. It will now be just like faxing. Please make sure that you inform the patron of this change when they are asking about laminating.

 

• If you have an issue that needs to be reported to control, please inform your supervisor, and we will take care of the issue. If your supervisor or the librarian in charge is not here, let a GA know.

 

• Lastly, thank you Allen, for your great idea about the room reservations! I have created forms to be filled out so that it will resolve the issue with the computer timing out. Once the page is full the form should be put in the shred box.
