MP Room/Practice Room forms

Please make sure you are getting everyone that has a reservation for the MP room and practice room to fill out a form before you unlock the door. There was a reservation today from 11am-1pm in the MP room and a form was never filled out so the room was never checked afterwards, and the door was left unlocked.
Later, we noticed that there were students in the room studying and they said they thought they were allowed in there because it was left unlocked.
One more reminder, don't forget that during all night study hours all rooms except the practice presentation room are first come, first serve.
I know things will probably get crazy with finals coming up, so lets try our best to stay on task!

Thanks!
