We had a bit of a situation this morning with the Multipurpose Room. Sodexo was let into the room to set up food, which is fine, but the door was left unlocked. Turns out, the SGA did not have a reservation to be in the room. They were able to walk right into the MP room since it was unlocked and they never even tried to sign in.
It is critical that you pay attention to that room. You should never leave the door unlocked for anyone who has not filled out a reservation form. If you need to let someone in to set up or drop off supplies before the meeting starts, do not unlock the door. Just let them in and explain that we cannot leave the room open until the reservation officially starts.
