Hey Everyone,
Please make sure that if a patron is using their Drivers License to check out a book that you check their name and match it to the FIRST and LAST name that is in sirsi.
Today, we had a staff member want to return her book and renew her others. However, we found out that this whole time she had a book checked out under a student that had the same last name as her. She said that she had used her drivers license when first checking out the book. Thankfully, she did not have any fines. So, Please pay close attention! Thanks!
