This morning we noticed that there was a study room booked every Sunday night until the end of February, and it is for a club meeting. The use of the phrase "club meeting" means an activity permit is necessary.
For the new student workers:
If you have someone requesting a meeting for a club meeting, officers meeting, fraternity/sorority meeting or anything that sounds like it is a student organization they must have an activity permit to reserve the room.
To get an activity permit they need to login to Orgsync and process it through that program.

If you have any questions, please speak to one of the supervisors in the department.
