Renewing items over the phone

Hey, everyone!

STUDENTS, STAFF, FACULTY:

I just wanted to clarify some issues about renewing items over the phone. If the patron is a student, staff, or faculty member we can renew the item unless it is overdue. If it is overdue they will need to bring the book in to renew it. Remind them that they can renew online.

FRIENDS MEMBERS AND TEXSHARE BORROWERS:

You can renew for Friends members and TexShare borrowers. They CANNOT renew online, so you will have to renew over the phone or in person.
