Tech Spot

Donna just got us word that this summer the Tech Spot is super understaffed, so there may be times in which their desk is not manned.  If someone comes asking you for help because no one is there, you have a few options.

1.  Direct them to Information Technology Services's website:   https://www.tarleton.edu/technology/index.html 
If they haven't completely locked themselves out of the system, they can reset their password online.

or

2.  Direct them to the Help Desk located in room 105 of the Admin Annex II building.  The building is circled on the map below.  However, I'm fairly certain they close at 5.
