A few reminders

Hello All!

A few friendly reminders since I only see about half of you these days.

1.  Make sure that you verify who patrons are by using a PHYSICAL form of identification.  A picture on their cell phone DOES NOT COUNT.  Failure to use proper identification can result in a write up.

2.  When reserving rooms in Sirsi past 11:59 PM (aka midnight), make sure that you change the date to the next day.  If you don't, it can result in a huge fine appearing on the patron's account.

3.   Finally, we've had some issues with the booking of the Multi-Purpose Room these last few weeks.  Remember, you CAN'T book this room.  All reservations for this room must be made through the Texan Sync system or be approved by Jacob (who is in charge of the room), Kim, or Brandon.  Remember, the MPR is for faculty/staff and student organizations ONLY!
