You may have noticed that room 209 and 210 have been locked and have a sign that says they are testing rooms. I have set these two rooms aside for students who are needing to take an exam. These rooms are intended to offer students an option when they take a virtually proctored exam such as Proctorio or Examity. The keys will be kept in the keybox in Brandon's office.
These rooms cannot be reserved. Once they are full, anyone else needing a room will have to find some other place. Space has been set aside for testing in the Math and Business buildings as well.
Math -- student must check-in with a classroom or lab support student worker in 226A.
Business -- student must check-in with a classroom or lab support student worker 212.
Please be flexible and patient when dealing with students who are trying to locate a testing space. If they have exhausted all locations for testing and the multipurpose room is available, please put them in there.
I know that this is an extra burden, but please be kind and understanding when dealing with your classmates.
Believe it or not, we are over half way through the semester!
