Correcting Time Cards

Leslie has been having issues processing student time cards because corrections are done inconsistently across the departments.  I want to remind you all that there is a chart to the right of the time cards posted to remind you exactly how to write your corrections.  I inserted a copy of it below.  This shows exactly how Leslie wants to see corrections written on the card.  A simple "Out @ 5pm" or "In @ 9am" with a supervisor's initials is all she needs.  Also note the space where you are not supposed to write.  If the machine prints a time over your writting it very difficult to decipher, so never write in columns where the machine could print.  If something especially weird happens, paperclip a note to the timecard with an explanation.

As always, come see myself or a supervisor if you have any questions.  Thanks!!
