Room Reservations

We are having several problems with room reservations. We do not make reservations for more than four hours for any room, ever. When you make reservations make them 15 minutes apart. When you unlock a door ask them to let us know when they leave, so we can lock the door back. The doors should not be left unlocked. The presentation room is for presentations only.
