I have noticed there have not
been any marks for reference statistics on the circulation counter. Please
remember to mark all statistics on the statistics log sheet after every
question you answer in person or on the phone. It is very important that we
mark what happens and when it happens. Also, please make sure to mark the correct
box and time slot. There are reports that need to be completed at the end of
each month, and the statistics log sheet is used to plug all of the correct
information in. If you do not know what box to check, please ask any of the
supervisors.
