So this is the second time I found the multi-purpose room unlocked and unchecked. This was at 7pm and the last appt. was done at 2:30 pm. I know the circulation desk gets busy at times, so if you are covered up and the MP room needs checked, please let a supervisor know. We have to make an effort to keep this room looking in tip top shape because of its use and the people who use it. When it goes unlocked and unchecked, we run the risk of unnecessary damages to furniture and equipment. Please, please, please make sure this room gets checked and locked after meetings.
