Texan Bucks Info

I received this from Donna. I thought it would be good information to pass along.

Please remember that if a student is swiping their Texan Card on a copy machine that they must have Texan Bucks on their account. The $5 they get each semester is for printing. The display on the card reader will display that the card has been “declined.”  You can direct them to the Texan Card kiosk in the Copy Services room or they can login to their account and add money via credit card.

 

If they get a different message like, “card not recognized” then that means there is something wrong with their card and they need to go to the Texan Card office to have it fixed.  We cannot fix it.

 

Sally is still trying to track down a fix for the coin-op in the Periodicals room, but the card swipe is working fine.
