As most of you know we had a incident where someone wrote with an EXPO marker in the practice presentation room a few weeks back. Due to this, we now have special markers for that room. Kim will talk to you all soon about this. In the meantime, I will have the markers during the evenings and Kim during the day. So, when people come to check in ask them if they need markers and if they do, inform me and I will give them to you. When they are returned, return them back to me. We will have a official spot for them but for now so that they will not get mixed up with the other markers we will do it this way.
Also, when you are making a reservation for the practice room, please be sure to ask them what kind of presentation it will be used for and in the spot "Group Name" put the name of the presentation for example "Communications Presentation".
