Updated Closing/opening form

Kym has added a few things to the opening and closing task. On the opening, checking forms for the suggestion box has been added. There are three, one on each floor by a service desk. Make sure each box has forms if not, print new forms to be placed. The forms can be found on the printable forms page.

On the closing list, make sure the laptop power cords are returned and unplugging the heater have been added.
