In case someone asks for a printing refund...

Someone sent a student to the circulation desk asking about a refund on a print job from yesterday which we don't do. 

If someone had a print job that didn't work ie. maybe the printer jammed or the toner ran out, the reference desk can re-print the job for them. if it is the same day.

We do NOT refund money for print jobs. If they have a problem and for some reason the reference desk cannot help them send them to Math room 126 to talk to Jason Smith. I do not know if they refund or allow them to reprint their document from there, but we cannot add money back on to their Texan card.
