Scheule & T-Week information

Hey Everyone,

I published the schedule up until Sept. 6th. Please let me know as soon as possible about any concerns or conflicts.
Starting September 1st your work week will change from Thu-Wed to Sun-Sat. So, please be patient with me in case of adjustments. I am not going to publish anymore of the schedule until after this happens.
On Wed, Aug. 30th there is an unassigned shift that needs to be filled from 11pm-2am. I know almost all of you have 8am classes on Thurs, but if you are able to pick this day up go to the trade board to select it and then I'll approve it for you.

Also, Transition week starts next Tuesday, Aug. 22nd and Wed, Aug. 23rd. from 2pm-5pm. Over these two days there will be around 1900 freshman come through the library. We will have whiteboards set up on each level and staff members at the boards explaining to them what resources that floor offers.
Just to prepare those of you that have never worked these before; they are loud, packed and busy! If there is a student that is lost tell them to find their group number. Each leader (which will be either an RL or TTM) will have a sign that has their number attached to it. If they still have problems or if there is any other issues send them to the reference desk for help.
Also, don't forget that we will be open this weekend 1-5 on both days, and next week 8am until 7pm.

If anyone has campus directional questions, we have maps that you can hand out.
Don't forget that you can access this online map to help better explain to students how to navigate around construction.
 Interactive Campus Map: http://map.tarleton.edu/map/?id=302#!ct/7135,7136,7137,18882,19248?

To see pedestrian routes click on "Construction" and then "Alternate Pedestrian Routes" It will then highlight the route in pink.

Between 2pm-5pm on both of the transition days, Kim and myself will be upstairs explaining to the groups about the stacks. I will try to keep my phone on me incase of any questions, otherwise this is where you can find us.
If you have any questions let us know!

Thanks!

Ginger
