- The Study Ground Café will be closed all next week
-Please remember, we will be closing at 5pm on July 3rd and will be closed on July 4th.
-Starting on July 5th the HVAC crew will be working behind the circulation wall. That entire area will be closed off for 1-2 weeks. So that means next week we will start moving things that we need access to out of that area (name tags, course reserves, stacks main. binders, ILL books etc.)
-This also means I will be without a work home during this time period. I be using Circ 1 as my temporary work computer. During this time please only use Circ 2 since this is the main computer that patrons approach when they first walk-in. I also may be working upstairs a lot during this time, I will keep a walkie on me during the times I am away from the desk incase you need to get ahold of me.
Also-- We have noticed lately that several of you have not been following the dress code concerning yoga pants/leggings. If you wear yoga pants/leggings you HAVE to wear a LONG shirt that will cover your behind. We are the first person that people see when they enter the building and we have to make sure we made a good first impression. We will not be giving warnings about this anymore and if this continues to happen we will have to change the dress code for our department to make it where yoga pants/leggings are not allowed. We really don't want it to come to this, so please follow the dress code.
Below is an example of leggings worn according to dress code and the bottom one is yoga pants that are worn that go against dress code.
