Dr. Hickman has placed on reserve old issues of the Texas Observer. Some of these are bound, some of them are bound with string, and some are loosely placed in a Princeton file (the cardboard container).
Because these items are not in Sirsi, we have to keep a running tally of what has been checked out. Next to the reserves is a tally sheet.
PLEASE BE SURE TO UPDATE THIS WHEN CHECKING OUT AND RETURNING! This is the only way we can keep track of usage for Dr. Hickman.
Each of the volumes corresponds to a year, which again can be found on the tally sheet.
Finally, for the years that are not bound: Hand out the entire Princeton file to the person so we can keep them together. Upon return, please verify that the number of issues in the file matches the number listed on the tally sheet.
