Starting next week, the Rec Sports students will no longer be in the building. This means that we will be assisting in the check in process when students enter the building. The check-in table will continue to be manned during the day, but we will only have one person manning it. This means that when they walk away to escort a patron to a spot the person manning the circulation desk will need to monitor and check in people as the enter.
I think you are all familiar with the check-in process, but just as a reminder see the guidelines below.
1. They can only be Tarleton students, staff, and faculty.
2. They must have a photo ID. We prefer a Texan card if possible.
****EXCEPTION****
We will start seeing more and more incoming freshmen who need to register. They will be allowed in the building but they will also need to provide a photo ID. They will need a guest pass. Brandon, Jacob and I can all issue guest passes, please speak to one of us.
