Starting in September, we have been directed to start doing HOURLY walkthroughs and not every other like we are currently doing. Because of this, we are going to switch to logging the information electronically. On our Circ Training website, you should see a section at the top called Stats and a box on the main page entitled Walkthroughs. Once you click on either of those, it will take you to a page with a google sheet document. You will have to click the arrow in the top right corner of the sheet to open it up in a new tab and be able to input the information. Just find the hour under the current day and the current week and input the Upstairs, Main, and Downstairs numbers.
I can not stress enough how important these walkthroughs are. The numbers we collect are used for a variety of reasons and get reported directly to library administration. Please make sure that these are getting down each hour. If you are the only student worker on shift, please get a supervisor to cover the desk or ask them politely if they can help.
