Hey All,
So as many of you are aware, the laminator is now located in the Maker Spot and they are the ones who process the billing for students. This has also changed how we take payments in the Sirsi system for laminations from the Maker Spot. The lamination billing option and payment option is NO LONGER a part of Sirsi and all laminations will be marked as Maker Spot Printing. This also includes when filling out information on receipts, any lamination will no longer be marked as lamination and, instead, will now be marked as Maker Spot Printing. Please keep this in mind moving forward and if you have any questions about taking payments from patrons, please ask a supervisor before making any decisions!
With this lamination to Maker Spot Printing change, this also means that the only service that we will personally bill at the Circulation Desk for patrons is Faxing. Please keep this in mind as well!
