We have great news! We have filled the Evening Circulation Supervisor position! Ginger Cousins will be starting Tuesday, September 8th. She will be training during the day for the majority of the semester and then will start transitioning to evenings when extended hours start. The 2am hours will start in the spring.
I know things have been very confusing as we transition Kim into her new role. She is now your Circulation Manager. She still handles ILL too, but we hope to get more back up for her in that department soon.
This means that Kim handles all scheduling moving forward. If you need to call in, contact Kim during the day and Ginger if it's past 5pm (once she starts nights). Any issues that you need to work out in advance should go to Kim.
Kim and Ginger will be the ones to handle block slips, and I will serve as back up if they're not around. They will also be working together to handle semester evaluations.
