Please remember that the Practice Presentation Room has a limit of 2 hours. It was reduced at the beginning of the semester. I'm seeing some reservations in the system that are longer than 2 hours, so we need to keep ourselves on track when placing reservations. The system will not catch you, so you have to pay attention.
On a similar note, you need to pay careful attention to the slips students fill out when they come to check out the room. I'm still seeing slips turned in that list a course name for both the course slot as well as the presentation topic. You need to read the slip and make sure they write down a legitimate topic. If they don't fill in something legitimate, you need to stop them and make them fill it out properly. This room is for practicing presentations only. Paying attention to what they write as their topic plays a big role in catching students who are misusing the room as a place to study.
