I just wanted to post about some new things and reminders about old ones.
New Info:
- There are now 2 color printers. One located on the main level and the second one is in the printing area upstairs.
- Additional tables have been added downstairs by the practice presentation area.
- The Maker Spot has new hours this semester, they are: 10am - 8pm, Monday - Thursday and 10am - 5pm on Fridays. If you need to transfer a phone call to them their ext. is *0508 (We do accept payments for Maker Spot items by: Cash, Texan card or Credit. If they need to pay by credit card, call the cashier's office *9607 to process this. The cashiers office stops taking payments at 3:30pm).
- If someone asks for a shuttle to pick them up they can call 254-968-9265, this is also located on the back of their Texan card.
- If someone has a library fine that they want to pay please explain to them that they will need to go to their Gateway and pay it online through Texan bill pay. If they give you trouble or they refuse to do it online get a supervisor and we will process it for them.
- The Writing Center is open in the library located next to TechSpot, Mon-Thu 6pm-8pm.
- Study Rooms can only be reserved for 4 hrs. The practice presentation room can only be reserved for 2hrs, and must be used for presentations only, they will otherwise be kicked out.
- If someone wants to book the multi-purpose room, tell them they will need to do that through Orgsync.
