I just wanted to blog about what to do if the Control Center needs to be called. Ex: toilets overflowing, weird smells (smoke, chemical), vomit on floor etc. Contact a supervisor and we will then contact control to send someone over. If there is a time where something like that comes up and a supervisor is not available, (during weekend shifts, if we all in meetings, or I am gone on my break) contact the person at the reference desk and they will take care of it.
