Please make sure you pay close attention to times when you make room reservations. There was a reservation scheduled for this Saturday from 5pm-9pm, when we close at 6pm on Saturdays.
Also, remember that a student can only make up to 5 reservations per month. However, we understand that it is hard to police this, especially when they may book 5 with you, and then come back later to book more. We just try to keep it fair so that all students have a chance to take advantage of the study rooms.
We have been having a problem with the reserve rooms staying unlocked. Please make sure that if you unlock it for someone, that you lock it back, and ask them to shut the door behind them when they leave. This helps us so that we won't later have to kick someone out that does not have a reservation.
