Practice Presentation Room Reminders

I wanted to discuss some reminders about the practice presentation room.

 

• The room is only for 2 hours per person.  
• When entering the group name into the room reservation system please do not leave this blank, type the name of the presentation title, this also applies to when they are filling out the paper form.
• Since midterms is coming up and study rooms will be booked up, people will try to lie about presentations to use this room to study. If we do not see that they are using the equipment in the room to practice a presentation then they will be asked to leave.
• This applies to all reservable study rooms, please make sure that when you unlock the door for a group that you lock it back and ask them to shut the door behind them when they leave so that people that do not have a reservation can not just walk in.
