Checking ILLiad books out
Recently we've had books turned in that were never checked out in ILLiad. From now on follow these steps when checking out ILLiad books.
1. Log in to ILLiad -- even if it looks like it is already logged in.
2. Check out or in book whichever the patron is doing. :)
3. Log off ILLiad.
