Supply closet

I want to remind everyone that if you take an item out of the supply closet, you must sign off that you took it.  Each item has an inventory number and there is a clipboard where you document what number item you took and how many.  Kay reconciles inventory every week, so it's important that we document what leaves the room. 

She has had some discrepancies this week, and is asking for us to let her know if we've taken the items.  Please let me know if you signed out any of these items and might have forgotten to sign for them.  I know we all get distracted sometimes, so this isn't something that would be a write-up, but we really want out numbers to be correct.  I'd like to help Kay get the info she needs if it happened to be one of us.  Thank you!
