LibCal and Stats!

Hey everyone!  Just wanted to give you a heads up on a few things I've noticed as I'm trying to get caught up on stats.  There are two things that YOU can do that would make things SOOO much easier.

1.  When you are letting someone into one of the rooms or dispensing a table, please be sure to do the following in LibCal.  See that spot circled?  Be sure to mark that the person has showed up or the table has been dispensed.

Some of you have been doing that, which is fantastic!  This will let us better track how many people are actually using the rooms.

2.  Last thing, when filling out the Multi Purpose room sheet, be sure to circle if they are using the projector and/or the conference phone.  I had a bunch that were not circled, but they were obviously in there using one or the other.
