Discharging MP and PPR bags

We've had two instances this week in which the bags for the MP room and the PPR room were not discharged. Please make sure that these bags are being discharged as soon as the bags are returned. Also, make sure the camera remotes are in the correct bag. Each of the remotes are labeled with the correct room.

If you find a bag that wasn't discharged, please stop! Back out of Discharge and open up Search and Display. It's in the left side margin under Common Tasks.

Scan the item and open up the item record.

Once you open up the record click on Checkouts and you can see the person who has the item checked out. We need this information, so we can make sure they are not billed.
