Collaboration Rooms

I had a good question today so I thought I'd share.  While it is preferred that a group uses the collaboration rooms, it is not required like it is in 225 and 231.  In the past, staff members made exceptions for the PPR in special instances where students desperately needed to have a skype interview, a digitally proctored exam, or other oddball needs where technology was required.  Now, with the collaboration rooms available to students we do not have to break our own rules on using the PPR.  So we will allow an individual to book a collaboration room if they need it.
