It is VERY IMPORTANT that after letting someone into any of the reservable rooms, that you DOUBLE CHECK to make sure that the door is locked. We have had numerous issues where one of us has left the door unlocked in all of the rooms we reserve.
Also, with that said, be sure you are marking the ones that don't show up within 30 minutes while working at the desk and communicating with one another what is going on. We had an incident tonight in which someone went into a collaboration room without checking in and then tried to claim they had. Luckily, the two working the desk had talked about that particular room and were able to catch them in a lie.
