- Be sure to pay close attention to where a item is in route to when you discharge it. For example: stacks, curr-col, course reserve etc. We had an item this week that stated we were suppose to have it on course reserve, but it was not on the back shelf so it must have got put on the cart to be shelved downstairs, because that is where it was found.
- Please remember to put stuffies in every item that you check out. We had several books go off at the gate this week that were checked out and did not have stuffies.
- When you let patrons in their study room, be sure to lock the room back and to ask the patrons to please shut the door behind them when they are finished with the room. This helps prevent us from having to kick patrons out of rooms that they did not reserve.
