Hey Everyone,
I'm sure most of you have come across this already, but for some students their Texan card is coming up as user not found. If they are trying to check out a book/markers/charger you will still be able to look them up in the system by their name. However, they will not be able to check out a laptop. In this case get with Kim, Kym or myself and we can do a temporary 24 hr fix so that they can check out a laptop. This is an error at the Texan card office, they are aware of it and it will hopefully be fixed soon.
