-- Paper activity permits are no longer required for organizations to have with events. This does not change how we book the multi-purpose room, but will change how to explain it to the patrons that want to book it. We now need to tell them that they need to log into OrgSync to request to have the multi-purpose room, and then Kym, Kim or myself will approve/book it.
--Since Kortney is out until around May and Jodie will be out for February, the person to contact about laminating will be Kym or Kim.
