Please remember that you should be checking W2W often. There is an W2W app that you can download and that can be an easy way to check for messages or check your schedule.
You can view available shifts on the W2W trade board. We will send out a message if there is a shift that needs to be covered. Just pick it up on the trade board and contact a supervisor so that we can approve it for you.
With the flu being so bad this year we expect people to call in sick. And, we do NOT want you to come in sick. But, it would be very helpful if you posted your shift to the trade-board. In addition to posting, please also let us know by either messaging on W2W or emailing us so that we can be aware of the shift that you put on the trade board.
Posting to the trade-board for a missed shift is especially important for weekend and evening shifts.
