Reminder: Room's cannot be booked with back to back reservations

 Please remember....

--Room reservations, whether the PR room or group study rooms, patrons should be limited to one reservation per day, and a total of 8 reservations per month. The same person cannot book the room for back to back reservations in order to extend their time. If they are in a group, we would allow a different person from their group to make a reservation, but it can only be made when their allotted time is up-- this way, it gives other people a chance to book it.The room is rarely free after their time is up. And, we do not make this known to the patron, only tell them this if they ask about wanting the room for additional time.

We are going to be very busy with midterms happening this week and next, and we want to make it as fair as possible for everyone.
