Just an FYI- the new camera in the MP Room defaults to a position that does not face the screen. When people turn on the camera, they need to select a preset on the remote. Towards the bottom of the remote are buttons numbered 1-6. The first 3 have been pre-set to specific camera angles. One faces the Smart board, one off to the right side of the smart board to be used when having a panel of presenters, and another to focus the camera on the computer desk. From here, the patrons can use remote arrows to turn the camera but it's easiest to use the pre-sets first.
Ginger and I are working on a cheat-sheet to include with the kits, but for now I think this is the major thing you need to know if someone is having a problem.
