Alejandra and I would like you to add one thing to the procedure for ILL books. When you take the slip out of the book, please initial it or sign it before you give it to Alejandra. This gives us a a person to go to if we have a question about the book.
I totally had forgotten that we have microphones that can be used with the laptops if you have a patron that needs one. This will allow them to skype or do Google Hangouts. They may need to provide their own headphones though.
