Apparently we are getting calls for us to purchase security tape for our alarm system. Please tell the person on the line that no manager is available at this time if they contact you, and you can ask to get their contact info. This is essentially spam, so you do not actually have to write down the info. I won't be calling them back.
Thanks for your help! Apparently this department is calling everyone they can in our library.
