Multipurpose Room - tentative mediation

There has been some confusion on the MP room reservations. Students can go and "reserve" it, but the MP room is mediated. Mediation means that it must be approved by a staff member -- usually Jacob.

This can be a bit confusing if you don't know what to look for. See the picture below. At the bottom it will state "Mediated Tentative" if you see this, and it is the weekend, they cannot have the room unless a supervisor approves it. You'll notice at the top that the color in the time blocks is a lighter gray, this is another indication that it must be mediated.

I know this is very confusing, so I hope this clears things up a little bit.
