Some issues that have popped up recently

*  When checking out an item to a patron, please pay attention to the monitor. If you do not pay attention you may miss a window that pops up and then when you scan the barcode it is like clicking "okay" or hitting enter. If that happens then the book has not be scanned. It is imperative that you are paying attention to this. We had a patron today get billed $60 but the reserve was on the shelf.

*  Please be careful when checking students into a study/collaboration room. We had an instance this afternoon where we had to make students move from one room to the other. This made them a little irate with the student worker who was not the one who put them in that room.


*  Always verify that the projectors are off in the PPR and the MP.
