So with all of the fun of the new mobile circ app, I failed to realize that you actually still need to log on to the inventory account when processing inventory as opposed to the circ1 account. It's not just logging on to the previous gun device. Logging in to circ1 apparently skews our statistics and counts each item scanned as a use.
From now on, when doing inventory, please be sure to log on to the mobile circ account with the user name "inventory" and the password "inv". If you're using mobile circ to checkout items when (likely in the event that our desktop computers have issues), it is correct to use the circ1 account.
